Vibration Test
Simulates the vibration during shipping and usage. Test time and vibration frequency depend on the product type, weight and international standard. After the tests, all components, product performance as well as the outer experience are carefully inspected for defects.
Shock Test This test simulates the shocks that the products have to endure during shipping and usage. Depending on product weights and international standards, the product goes through shocks of different weights and speeds and from different directions. The simulator records the shocks in wave charts for further analysis to find out every last possible weakness.
Twist Test
Simulates how the consumer handles the notebook computer and the bending and warpage that will occur during normal usage.
As some users might use a single hand to handle the LCD screen or the notebook chassis - causing the notebook computer to bend, this experiment attempts to recreate the distortion endured by the notebook computer.
